Shipping Policy

Processing time: All orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times: Once your order has shipped, delivery to metro Australia generally takes 2-5 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your Handful box all the way to your door.

Subscription boxes: Each new box ships within 2 business days of your billing date and follows the same delivery times as above.
